Join me and my good friend Maya Siklai for a February New Moon + Lunar New Year celebration! Connect to the natural cycles of the moon and sun, unwind and connect to your heart’s intentions as you plant seeds for the next lunar cycle.

This relaxing evening includes:

• Astrology of the moment talk and intention setting ritual

• Gentle yoga for all levels to open up and stretch the body with Maya Siklai

• Time for meditation and deep rest in restorative yoga poses

• Sound bath with antique Tibetan singing bowls (guided by me)

This event will be at a private home in Mt Washington with fabulous views of the hills and valley below. You will get an email with the address and details upon registration. Doors open at 4:45pm. Please come early to set up your mat and get situated, and you are invited to stay after for tea and treats to connect with the other participants and a dip in the hot tub.
